Cancellation Policies

Starting immediately there will be a 24hour cancellation policy put in place. Any cancellations made after the 24hr window will lose a class credit. If no class credit is on file you will have to pay for the class to be able to rebook with me. If you do not pay within 24hrs you will lose the booking time and it will go to somebody else. No exceptions, please refrain from asking.


Also, going forward please send all booking inquiries, schedule adjustments time off needed, and cancellations to my email enrollments@poleflyuniversity.com
