Functional Flexibility class that will lead you through Pilates themed conditioning exercises that will help us prep the muscles to actively stretch and lengthen. Yoga blocks and resistance bands are suggested. If you do not have those you can use a tied-up pair of leggings for a band and books/pillows as blocks- or you can do movements without props. Alternatives will be given.
