SPINS- SITS- TRANSITIONS
Service Description
This is a Pole Fitness class dedicated to learn basic spins, beginner sits, and transitions around the base of the pole. While we will work on flowing moves together, this class will also involve conditioning to help build grip strength, skin conditioning, active flexibility, and endurance. It is a full body workout geared to getting you up in the air more and more. Both static and spin will be taught, as both have different techniques within the same move. You can take this class, even if you are an advanced poler, to keep your spin combos fresh. You cannot take this class if you are a first timer. You must take Intro to Pole first. If our Intro to Pole times do not work for you, email your availability to enrollments@poleflyuniversity.com to book a private Intro to Pole Session.

Cancellation Policy
8 hour cancellation policy: any cancellations made after the 8hr window will lose a class credit. If no class credit is on file you will have to pay for the class to be able to rebook with me. No refunds or reschedule opportunities given on late cancelations, no shows, or late arrivals. Please note: Our doors are autolocked: We come down 5 minutes before class start time to start letting students inside. When the class start time begins, we go upstairs to teach. There are no late arrivals permitted, and no refunds given if you arrive past start time and doors are locked.
