Pole and Floor Guided Freestyle Flow
Service Description
PoleDance & Floorwork class focused on freestyle movement. Guided prompts and fun games to encourage exploration. Experience necessary. While you do not need to climb the pole, you do need knowledge and familiarity with moving freely around the pole without directions. You will have lots of guided freestyle breaks to encourage playing with new movement patterns and milk more out of your current routines. Sometimes it's just necessary to be in an inclusive safe space, oozing of feminine energy to inspire play. If you have felt stagnant in your pole journey, always doing the same few moves during free dance, or feel tired of trying to always get the latest online pole trick- this class is for you!

Cancellation Policy
8 hour cancellation policy: any cancellations made after the 8hr window will lose a class credit. If no class credit is on file you will have to pay for the class to be able to rebook with me. No refunds or reschedule opportunities given on late cancelations, no shows, or late arrivals. Please note: Our doors are autolocked: We come down 5 minutes before class start time to start letting students inside. When the class start time begins, we go upstairs to teach. There are no late arrivals permitted, and no refunds given if you arrive past start time and doors are locked.
