IMPORTANT NOTICES & POLICIES 
Please note: Our entrance doors remain locked most night & weekend hours. To navigate this, we have a 5 minute arrival window. I will be down 5 minutes prior to class start time to let people into the building. Upon class start time, I go upstairs to teach class. Late arrivals will not be permitted. If you arrive early- do not leave if the door is locked. Wait at the entrance for me to come down and unlock the door. If you leave beforehand or arrive after the 5 minute arrival window you will lose your class credit. This is our solution to navigate the safety features in place by the Erector Square complex. If you know you often run late, aim to come early! If you are an early bird- be patient and don't stress that we forgot about you! 
Our complex is large, we know it is easy to get lost or turned around, so we send out a detailed welcome email upon sign ups that has elaborate directions, and also my personal cell phone number in case you get lost. I no longer post my personal cell phone online for safety reasons.

We are located in building 5 off the smaller parking lot with the death city building in the center and the Aikido place on the side. Our entrance is off the sidewalk along the road. You can park in the big or smaller lot, either way, walk to the road, turn left onto the sidewalk and walk down passed the aikido place to the stairwell located at the front of building 5 with the music haven sign hanging above. if you went to the new reach building, you went one building too far. Upon entering, we are the 3rd door on the right, directly up the stairwell, you shouldn't be walking down a long hallway. Follow the stairwell all the way to the top, past the floor for music haven, and our door will be propped open for you and we will be the 3rd door on the left. It is marked PoleFly. We are to the front of the complex so you should never walk down a long hallway to get to class! 

When booking, also be mindful we have an 8hr cancelation policy. Any cancelations with less than 8hr notice will lose a class credit. You can sign into your account anytime before the 8hr window to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. You can sign up right before class time if you often get stuck at work and not sure if you can make it in. Our class spots are limited so it's hard when we have a waitlist to contact people last minute upon late cancelation. This policy is in place to discourage package holders from pre-registering for multiple classes a week and than canceling out beforehand on the ones they cannot actually attend. This gives a better chance for everyone to have a chance to come pole with us!
