Service Description

Finally ready to take your pole journey up the pole? This is the class for you. Once you have mastered your basic climb during Level 1 conditioning, you can join us in learning what to do next and start prepping for getting upside down. This is an intermediate class, but advanced polers can attend to keep expanding their upright poses. This is not a beginner class. You must already be able to climb and sit. You do not need to invert to take this class. We will use our climb first to learn to get upside down from the side of the pole, do laybacks from our sits, and build up our muscles to be able to get into basic inverts such as inverted crucifix and inside/outside leg hangs.

Cancellation Policy

8 hour cancellation policy: any cancellations made after the 8hr window will lose a class credit. If no class credit is on file you will have to pay for the class to be able to rebook with me. No refunds or reschedule opportunities given on late cancelations, no shows, or late arrivals. Please note: Our doors are autolocked: We come down 5 minutes before class start time to start letting students inside. When the class start time begins, we go upstairs to teach. There are no late arrivals permitted, and no refunds given if you arrive past start time and doors are locked.
