Service Description

Dance class focused on freestyle movement. Guided prompts and fun games to encourage exploration. No experience necessary but taking Intro to Pole first is encouraged so that you already have a small flow to build off of. You can also flow and dance entirely off the pole if you want. Sometimes it's just necessary to be in an inclusive safe space, oozing of feminine energy to inspire play. If you have felt stagnant in your pole journey, always doing the same few moves during free dance, or feel tired of trying to always get the latest online pole trick- this class is for you!
