Service Description
Same concept as open studio. You can pick your own time to use the space to do whatever you want (photo shoot, music video, competition practice, etc) and nobody else can use the space except you or who you bring along. Please note: If you are using the space to host an event or teach you must first email enrollments@poleflyuniversity.com with a copy of your liability insurance that has PoleFly Aerial Fitness LLC 315 Peck ST New Haven,CT 06513 Blg 5 Floor 3 Studio B/C listed as additionally insured. I have the right to refuse service to anyone trying to offer services in the space without presenting a valid insurance beforehand.
Cancellation Policy
8 hour cancellation policy: any cancellations made after the 8hr window will lose a class credit. If no class credit is on file you will have to pay for the class to be able to rebook with me. No refunds or reschedule opportunities given on late cancelations, no shows, or late arrivals. Please note: Our doors are autolocked: We come down 5 minutes before class start time to start letting students inside. When the class start time begins, we go upstairs to teach. There are no late arrivals permitted, and no refunds given if you arrive past start time and doors are locked.
